I got a premium air conditioning system from Connor Air after looking at all their options. With financing it seemed to be the smartest long term investment for my home. Jarred was very helpful in answering all my questions and even did 2 walk-throughs with me on site to clarify everything before the job started. He was even willing to change the agreed-upon location of the outdoor unit up till the job-start date.

Cody and Chris made the upgrade over the course of 3 days. They were very clean and professional about the work, getting in around 9am and being done before 3p.

It has been over a month since the installation and I cannot be happier about the unit. I have had no issues other than getting the Rheam system to connect to my app, but that's not on Connor Air. I have since figured it out and I'm all good on that front. The system has been great at keeping our house warm over this unusually cold 2019 winter. I'd be happy to update my review come summertime, but I can't imagine any issues, especially with their bi-annual maintenance checks.
