We were fortunate to find Connor Air on the Rheem website. We noticed our 20+ year old Rheem heater was blowing cold air at about 8 pm one chilly night last week. After trying with no luck to find our model and parts for it online, I decided to call Connor in the morning. They open at 8 am, I called about 8:05. The person I spoke to said they had a cancellation and could send someone out between 8 - 10 am. Perfect! I went off to the gym and by the time I was driving back up the street at 10:30, I saw the Connor van driving down the street. He replaced the faulty igniter and the heater was working fine. We thought it would need to be replaced but the repairman told my husband it's still in good shape. We were thrilled with the fast, competent and honest service.
