Connor Air recently installed a four-zone 5-ton Lennox air conditioner/furnace to replace my inefficient 20-year old system. My old furnace was in the garage; the new one was installed in the upstairs attic. The job was quite extensive as they replaced the duct work, added several new supply registers and returns, four thermostats, new attic access, new refrigerant lines, electrical & gas lines, etc.

Jarred was knowledgeable, professional, and answered all of my questions. I'm detail oriented and had lots of questions - about zoning, placement of the new furnace, equipment sizing, whether to install one or two separate systems in a two-story house, and how to get all of the utilities into the attic from the garage. A big factor in choosing Connor Air was they had installed a relative's air conditioner years earlier. It's quiet and still works amazing well after 12 years. On hot days it easily cools the home to a very comfortable level.

About a week or two before the scheduled start of the estimated two-week long project I had to cancel due to a family emergency. Jarred was understanding about the situation and rearranged their work schedule to accommodate me until I could start the job about two months later.

The installation crew, John, Francisco, Chris and Tim, were excellent. They were polite, respectful of my home, family, and elderly pet. They did excellent work, cleaned up each night before they left for the day and went out of their way to minimize the disruption. John, the lead installer, is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. He anticipated and answered all of my questions before I could ask them and at my request involved me as to the placement of new vents, thermostats, utilities, etc. The job was completed in about half the time estimated as Jarred was able to have four workers on the jobsite each day.
